The Spark
I was reading a blog on http://kickitwithscott.wordpress.comabout men, relationships, and communication. It actually reminded me of a part of “He’s Just Not That Into You”. Don’t get me wrong, the blog was great, but the communication part sparked up this blog. In the movie, a guy tells the main girl that there is no such thing as the ‘spark’. That guys’ just made that up to make girls think that there was a reason to like them. And the girl, as gullible as she may be, believed it. Now I don’t know if guys believe that they made up the spark, or if they’re looking for that certain spark with a woman, but from my perspective, the spark is definitely true.
And this is how kickitwithscott helped me out. The spark is communication. It’s about personality, behavior, and communication skills. If a guy is a nice, happy, funny guy, he can usually portray pretty good behavioral skills by generally being polite, and good communication skills through jokes, laughter, and light hearted conversation. I’m sure many women relate to the theory of the spark. If a guy has a great smile, than that’s always favorable, but anything can make a girl forget that smile (like if he’d rather slap your ass than hold your hand). But if a guy has a great smile, and a sweet comment to follow than he’s probably worth sitting through the whole date (instead of texting your insurance policy…in my case my best friend calls me and says there’s an emergency- otherwise known as the mercy call). So thank you kickitwithscott, you’re right, communication is key, and to me, it’s key because I can see a guy’s personality to see if we click well together. If a guy doesn’t communicate, I’m outta there!
Happy 420 Everyone

Family Guy covers everything!
Just wanted to say Happy 420 to all of you that celebrate. In light of 420, Family Guy ran a hilarious episode. Unfortunately, YouTube had to pull the video because of Fox’s Copyright, but its basically Brian and Stewey singing about a bag of weed to get votes to legalize marijuana. I’m sure if you Google it, it’ll pop up somewhere online. Best theme song for pot smokers! Happy 420!
Seth Rogen…Observe and Report failure??
Oh Seth Rogen, the newest spruce of comedy that has been added to the silver-screen. Thank god! It’s about time that some good humour started to dominate. Now don’t get me wrong, I love all sorts of comedy, but Jim Carey, Adam Sandler (HUGE FAN), and Will Ferrell (and all of their comedy crews) seem to be loosing their touch. I guess their time may be over, although I could watch Vince Vaughn until the end. But considering that Seth Rogen is pretty much the same age as me, I think I relate to him a lot better. It’s great, they smoke up, they like geeks, and they’re weirdos. I think everyone has a little bit of that in their personality.
Anyways, I was sad to hear that Observe and Report was supposed to be s***. Last night, my friends asked me to watch it with them and I declined. I didn’t want to be disappointed by a Seth Rogen movie. I didn’t even really like Mall Cop so I didn’t expect much more. I saw a review on t.v, and the guy said that you’d be better off renting it, or downloading it for free. I watched another movie, but when we were exiting the theatre, some kids were leaving “Observe and Report”. I overhead one of them saying “That was the s****** Seth Rogen movie I’ve ever seen, what a f****** waste”. So instead we watched Monsters vs. Aliens, where Rogen voices Bob (the blue blob). He was great, I was laughing until the very end. Once again, I’m proud to say that I’m a supporting Canadian fan of Seth Rogen. Keep spreading the laughter!
